Company Aniversary Speach

Summary at the end of the month: February 2011

For now I'm trying to do the bottom, with "long" but they are of a maximum of 20-27 km. The pace that I have imposed is dictated by bpm, trying to stay below 160 bpm, although frankly the feeling is to run consistently with the brake engaged.

take the opportunity to post this by a series of coincidences that brought me to some reflections.

Yesterday brought me from the demands of work outside the office, then I was able to return earlier than usual (after a day of more intense).
