Milena Velba And Merilyn Sakova

Plan Vs Table

I'll be back again on the subject, as I go along with the book and the alternation of the training.

Since it is my intention to leave anarchist approaches to training, now the question arises how to set up all subject to competitive, without goals does not make sense to stay here raccontarsela.

It 's more appropriate But instead of talking up the table. The term

table makes me think of something static and repetitive, while the plan see it as something more structured in a longer time scale.

The objectives are manifold:
  • Training
  • Achieving better form at the right time
  • Diversifying workouts not to fall into boredom and stagnation, typical of weeks that are repeated over and over.
Of course there must be some points, but the periodization and the alternation of loading and unloading will play their role.

I have not decided anything so definitive, especially because they are not still not sure on when I want to race (before or after the summer, I'm looking at the calendars to find a couple of races on the Sprint distance which are congenial), however some points I have already set forth: Alternating
  • Wednesday and pool Friday, Tuesday and Sunday race, Saturday bike, with an option to invert the weekend the two sports with regard to the weather (get a bike in the rain does not attract me that much)
  • macrocycles : create macrocycles about 4 weeks with specific goals (endurance, power, rhythm ...)
  • Exhaust : within each macro cycle Reserve Last week the discharge, or reduce the volume to support the recovery, however, preferring the intensity
Having said all this, good session last night of swimming, swimming pool with semi-deserted. 5 people for 6-lane, almost a shame to have to go home.
